A-Rod and J Lo List New York Condo

Power couple Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez will be listing the condo they bought a year ago. It is a huge 4,000 square feet condo in the tallest residential building in the western hemisphere. The apartment is on the 36th floor of the 96-floor tall building and costs $15.3 million, which is $2.2 million less than its asking price of $17.5 million from a year ago.

Located at 432 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, the condo has three bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. When a property like this hits the market it has everyone wanting to know how to become a luxury real estate agent.  It is the second tallest building after One World Trade Center in New York as it is 1,396 feet tall. Technically the residential building is taller because of its spire. It is only 150 feet taller than the Empire State Building. Rafael Viñoly, a well-known Uruguayan architect, has designed the project, which is being constructed by CIM Group and Macklowe Properties.  Three isn’t many properties like this in New York, let alone real estate in Dallas or Atlanta.

The building has 104 units in total with the prices ranging from $7 million to $87.6 million for the penthouse, which was purchased by Saudi Arabian billionaire Fawaz Al Hokair. They are priced at $4,371 per square feet. He was one of the people on the Forbes Billionaires list but was recently dropped as his bank accounts were frozen because of corruption crackdown.

If You Had My Love

The couple loved their apartment, but it was too small for them when they had all four kids staying with them. They listed the apartment for its original asking price in the third week of January. They are a big family, so they needed something bigger. The house is listed with Modlin Group’s Adam D Modlin. Want to know some cool facts about the building?

It has private elevators that take residents directly into their condo. They are designed to work faster than most elevators and will take you from the ground floor to the penthouse in just 60 seconds. The apartment comes with built-in high-end Miele replica rolex stainless steel appliances sealed with white lacquer and natural oak cabinet facets to maintaining a chic, industrial look. All bedrooms have corner windows that offer uninterrupted views of New York City. The master bedroom has dual bathrooms finished with marble vanities, heated floors, and oversized sinks.

You would be wondering how 4,000 square feet of isn’t space enough for four kids and two adults. That’s because the other two bedrooms are smaller than an average-sized luxury bedroom, but they do come with en-suite bathrooms. One kid can fit comfortably, but if you have to keep two kids in one bedroom, things will start getting a little cramped.
