When you think of luxury homes in Florida most people think Miami or Naples but they forget about Orlando! Whether you’re daydreaming or ready to purchase, everyone likes to look at the beauty of a sprawling mansion. Orlando has no shortage of extravagant luxury homes.  2021 has seen its share of Orlando mansions sold and for sale.

1. Lake Louise Drive

The most expensive home for sale in the Orlando area sits on Lake Louise Drive in Windermere and has a price tag of $23 million. With a view of 800 feet of water, this home sits on the Isleworth Country Club. The garage can hold 40 cars, and the outdoor space includes a double boat lift and a double jet ski dock. 2. Park Avenue

The next most expensive home is on the Butler Chain of Lakes and was designed by internationally renowned interior designer and artist Angela Huntington. This Park Avenue mansion goes for $16.6 million. A recent remodeling has left custom finishes and features throughout the home, under 30-foot ceilings. The interior includes lake views in every room, including a home theater, a private spa, a fitness center, a game room, and a chef’s kitchen.

3. Summer Meadow Way

With 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, this $7,785,000 home is located inside the Four Seasons Private Residences at Walt Disney World Resort. Known as Casa Serena, this home is a custom manor, featuring elegant picture windows that overlook the pool, a veranda, and a circular grand stairway. The home has a private entryway while still offering all the amenities of the Four Seasons resort. Photos are not yet publicly available, so you’ll have to visit this one in person.

4. Manor Road

Coming in at $7,750,000, this Manor Road home is located on the Winter Park Chain of Lakes and includes 2 acres of natural property with panoramic lake views. 7. East Adams Drive

For $6,195,000, the home features a kitchen that won the Grand Aurora Award for Best Kitchen, with a copper vent head and granite countertops. The home features an entirely separate 620 square foot apartment for guests, as well as a private outdoor spa and seating area.
