Inside Hillary Clinton’s House

Hillary Clinton has always been busy whether she’s writing books or you know, running for president (not to mention fighting off claims that she is in poor health), but that hasn’t stopped her from enjoying New York.

The Democratic presidential nominee and her husband, Bill Clinton, paid $1.16 million for this three-bedroom, 3,631-square-foot ranch-style home set on 1.51 acres on Old House Lane in Chappaqua in Westchester County, according to the New York Post. They also scored a slight discount from the original $1.18 million listing price.

The home is next door to the Clintons’ primary residence, which they paid $1.7 million for in 1999 when Mr. Clinton was still president. This is the home that Mrs. Clinton used as her base when she ran for the New York Senate.   Obviously, this home isn’t as well appointed as the couples primary residence or other new york celebrities like JLO or their former residence, however, it looks like a wonderful family home and one great for entertaining.

No matter what you think of the couple’s politics, meeting them as real estate clients would be a dream come true for many agents. It’s easy to see why so many are asking how to become a luxury real estate agent!
